US President Joe Biden's visit to Kyiv is one of the strongest steps taken in recent times and shows that Ukraine will have everything it needs to win the war.
This opinion was expressed by a former adviser to the Office of the President and Interior Minister, Viktor Andrusiv, in an interview with TSN.ua.
"But this is a step in the general trend, the essence of which is this: the West decided to end this war with a victory for Ukraine. That is, Biden's visit means that there will be no Korean scenarios, no auxiliary negotiations with Russia, except for our victory. Therefore, this a big signal for us and for the whole world. I am convinced that there will be many more important ones behind this step. This year will definitely end with our victory, this is confirmed by the visit of the President of the United States."
Viktor Andrusiv noted that now on the agenda, Ukraine has two critical decisions that it seeks to achieve - the provision of long-range artillery and aircraft to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"I am convinced that this visit proves we will receive everything we need. It may not happen so quickly, but if the leader of the free world personally came to a country in a war, it means that he will do everything so that this country will win" Andrusiv said.
In his opinion, the Kremlin will not react to Joe Biden's visit in any way.
“They cannot have any special reaction. I am inclined to think they have already demonstrated all their possible reactions - strikes with missiles, aircraft, tanks,†he summed up.
