In the Homel district of Belarus, the construction of a military town has begun, preliminarily located approximately 50 km from the border with Ukraine.

This information is reported by the monitoring group 'Belarusian Hajun.'

According to the monitoring group's data, new evidence has emerged confirming the preparations for the construction of a military town in the Homel district for the Southern Operational Command.

According to their information, the military town will be built on the basis of five neglected children's camps ('Chaika,' 'Vohnik,' 'Halaktyka,' 'Livarnik,' and 'Lisova Halyavina'), located in the vicinity near the village of Nova Buda in the Pryborsk village council of the Homel district.

According to Google Maps data, near the former children's camp 'Galaktika,' there is a club for active recreation called 'Korsar.'

Indeed, there is such a club in Homel, offering services for laser tag, paintball, and more. However, on November 6, a post appeared on the club's Instagram page mentioning a change in the playing field.

It was noted that the last game took place at the old location, and the club is undergoing a 'complete reboot' (presumably referring to the search for a new location for games).

Previously, the monitoring group also reported a tender for the felling of trees and shrubs, as well as the removal of construction waste from the site of the military town construction.
