Yale HRL study lasted 20 months, during which analysts tracked and identified 314 Ukrainian children deported by Russia.

According to the collected data:

  • 148 children from this list were added to Russian adoption databases.
  • 42 of them have already been adopted, placed under guardianship, or assigned a Russian guardian.
  • Another 166 children were placed in Russian families.

The researchers reveal the main logistical routes, identify specific planes, provide photographs, and disclose the names of organizations involved in this process.

They also expose four high-ranking Russian officials for whom there is sufficient evidence to issue new arrest warrants by the International Criminal Court:

  • Leonid Pasechnik: Head of the so-called LPR
  • Denis Pushilin: Head of the so-called DPR
  • Eleonora Fedorenko: Advisor to Pushilin and the ombudsman for children’s rights in the DPR
  • Anna Kuznetsova: Deputy Secretary of the General Council of the United Russia party

The information provided in the report will be forwarded to the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine for further investigation.
