Ukraine has committed to Germany and the USA not to use long-range missiles, Taurus and ATACMS, on the territory of Russia. Ukraine intends to acquire these missiles for the purpose of targeting enemy facilities on the occupied Ukrainian territory.
Yuriy Ignat, the spokesperson of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, made this statement during a live information marathon.
He stated, "Ukraine has committed to our partners. Let's be straightforward that we use Storm Shadow and Scalp missiles on the occupied territory."
He also mentioned the instances of Russian ship "Minsk" and submarine "Rostov-on-Don" being hit, as well as ammunition depots in Crimea, and strikes on objects in the temporarily occupied parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Ukrainian pilots, in particular, have adeptly used these missiles for precise and highly targeted strikes, destroying numerous pieces of equipment, live forces, and enemy leadership.
"Ukraine has committed to its partners not to use this weaponry on Russian territory. The same position, obviously, will apply to missiles Taurus and ATACMS," emphasized Ignat
