The President decided to establish Dobropilska, Mirnohradska, Pokrovska and Selydovska city military administrations of the Pokrovsky district of the Donetsk region.


President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on creating four more city military administrations in the Donetsk region.

The corresponding decree No. 620/2022 is published on the website of the head of state.

Thus, the President decided to form Dobropilska, Mirnohradska, Pokrovska and Selydovska city military administrations of the Pokrovsky district of the Donetsk region.

Recall that Russian President Vladimir Putin has increased the number of military personnel in the Russian Federation Armed Forces. It will be increased from 1.9 million to 2.04 million from 2023.

According to a document published online, the decree was signed by the Russian president on August 25. It will enter into force on January 1, 2023. The Strategic Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation insist on general mobilization, since the Russian army suffers huge losses in the war in Ukraine.

At the same time, Mikhail Samus, deputy director of the Center for the Army, Conversion and Disarmament for International Affairs, believes that they plan to carry out covert mobilization during the military exercises in Russia.

Meanwhile, representatives of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation are already conducting the second wave of mobilization in the occupied territories of the Luhansk region.
