Instead of Iryna Venediktova and Ivan Bakanov, Zelensky introduced Kostin and Malyuk to the NSDC.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky changed the composition of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
The corresponding decree is published on the website of the head of state.
Thus, the NSDC included the new Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin and Acting Head of the SBU Vasyl Malyuk.
Instead, Zelensky removed former Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova and former SBU head Ivan Bakanov from the National Security and Defense Council.
It will be recalled that on July 27, the Verkhovna Rada supported the appointment of Andrii Kostin as the Prosecutor General of Ukraine after the dismissal of Venediktova.
