President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky will deliver a special address at the World Economic Forum. He will be personally present at the event, which will take place next week. This was announced at a press conference by the President of the World Economic Forum, Børge Brende, reported by The Guardian and DW.
According to Brende, Zelensky "will deliver a speech and meet with company executives" at the World Economic Forum, scheduled from January 15 to 19.
"This is happening against the most challenging geopolitical and geoeconomic backdrop in the past decade," added the President of the WEF.
According to media reports, one of the forum's topics will be Russia's war against Ukraine, but the primary focus will be on the conflict between Israel and Hamas militants.
The conference will be attended by many world leaders and high-ranking politicians, including the President of Israel, Isaac Herzog, the newly elected President of Argentina, Javier Milei, French President Emmanuel Macron, and U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
