The new-generation fast food MultiBar from the Gabar network, founded by Ukrainian entrepreneur Volodymyr Matviychuk, has opened in Krakow, Poland. Matviychuk announced this on Facebook.

“Friends, we are pleased to announce that we are open. You have been waiting for this, and now your favorite dishes are available in Krakow. We invite you to our fast food at Wielicka 259, Krakow, 30–663,” the businessman wrote.

The first international Gabar opened earlier this year in Los Angeles, USA. Matviychuk had previously announced the fast food opening in Poland. He noted that the approach to the format of the establishments in Ukraine and abroad will remain unchanged — it’s a cafe without a kitchen offering healthy food that can be enjoyed in the restaurant or taken to go.

In early February, it was announced that Gabar/MultiBar would develop through a master-franchise model. This model was designed for rapid network scaling. As Matviychuk explained earlier, partners of MultiCook (under which the "Galya Baluvana" network is developing abroad) will have the opportunity to open MultiBar outlets.
