A fire broke out at the Poltavskaya oil depot in Krasnoarmeysky District of Krasnodar Krai due to a drone attack on the night of Thursday, June 25, according to media reports citing a statement by district head Alexander Kharitonov.

According to Kharitonov, the fire was caused by falling debris from a downed drone that struck the oil depot. He added that traffic on the road connecting the stanitsa of Poltavskaya and the khutor of Trudobelikovsky was temporarily blocked.

At night, Ukraine carried out another strike on the oil depot in the stanitsa of Poltavskaya in Krasnodar Krai, Russia, where a fire is currently being reported.

At the same time, the Ukrainian Telegram channel Exilenova+ reports that three storage tanks caught fire at the Poltavskaya oil depot following the drone strike.

"The Poltavskaya oil depot is described as a regional fuel infrastructure facility supplying parts of Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygea. The storage facility reportedly includes around 28 tanks," according to the Telegram channel Astra.

This is not the first attack on the Poltavska oil depot in a month. Previously, a fire at this facility was reported on June 16.
