Tonight, Russian forces struck civilian infrastructure in the Odessa region with a ballistic missile, causing damage.
This was reported on Telegram by Oleg Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration.
He stated,
"Tonight, the enemy struck with a ballistic missile at civilian infrastructure in Odessa. An administrative building in the industrial sector was damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties."
