The Security Service has established that the Russian special services carried out a series of provocations in the temporarily occupied areas of southern and eastern Ukraine.
The enemy planned to produce media stories to accuse OSCE staff of allegedly spying for the SBU, to compromise the Mission and to question its objectivity.
To gather an "evidence base", the invaders illegally broke into the homes of OSCE staff and "knocked out" compromising information.
Thus, in the temporarily occupied Kherson, FSB officers, posing as SBU officers, forced an employee of the OSCE Monitoring Mission to sign a "secret cooperation agreement" on video.
The occupiers detained several more Mission employees and tried to compromise them.
And from May 16 to 23, FSB officers, threatening to kill, forced the mission's staff to "testify" on camera about the office robbery by alleged Ukrainian law enforcement officers. However, the russians came and robbed him five times before.
The occupiers also demanded that the representatives of the mission in Kherson unreasonably accuse their leader of his alleged involvement in his cooperation with the Ukrainian secret services. According to the information received, the enemy plans to use the staged version for production plots that discredit the OSCE and with their further dissemination through the international media.
