To monitor the convoys of Ukrainian Armed Forces, the suspect set up an "observation post" in his own garage near the railway station. Additionally, he traversed the area covertly and clandestinely documented the locations of Ukrainian military bases under the guise of a regular civilian strolling about. To mask his criminal activities, the perpetrator constantly changed the routes of his reconnaissance outings and transmitted the obtained information to the aggressor from various locations.
