An online portal of the American–Ukrainian Reconstruction Investment Fund has been launched in Ukraine, allowing entrepreneurs to submit project proposals to seek investment.

This was announced by Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture Oleksii Sobolev.

“The Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine, together with the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, has launched the online portal of the American–Ukrainian Reconstruction Investment Fund — urifinvest.com — and we are beginning to review project proposals,” the statement said.

Through the website, entrepreneurs with promising projects in the extractive industries, energy, logistics, telecommunications and IT, and advanced technologies can submit them for consideration by the Fund’s team.

As Sobolev emphasized, in 2026 the goal is to identify three high-quality projects and sign the first three investment agreements.

“These should be projects that set the standard for the Fund’s operations, demonstrate Ukraine’s potential, attract additional capital for investment, and allow the Fund to scale in the coming years,” the minister noted.

The American–Ukrainian Reconstruction Investment Fund (United States–Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund) was established under an agreement between Ukraine and the United States. Its initial capital was formed from equal contributions by both sides — $75 million from the United States via the DFC and $75 million from Ukraine — totaling $150 million in starting capital. The Fund’s governance structure includes a supervisory board and four specialized committees: investment, audit, administrative, and project sourcing. A key operating partner of the Fund has also been appointed — Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), which serves as the Fund’s investment adviser.
