The co-founder of the Swedish organization Amnesty, the writer Per Wästberg announced that he is leaving the organization because of the Amnesty International report criticizing the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet.

I have been a member of the organization for almost 60 years. Because of Amnesty's statements regarding the war in Ukraine, it is with a heavy heart that I end my long and fruitful work.
