Ukrainian military personnel are working on increasing mine and explosive barriers along the entire length of the state border located in the Northern operational zone," Serhii Naiev wrote in a Telegram message.
"We don't differentiate between whether it's the state border with Belarus or the Russian Federation – they are our enemies. That's why the border is fortified everywhere there is a threat of enemy aggression," the message states.

It is noted that each mine and explosive barrier and minefield must be covered by a combined-arms unit to prevent enemy sapper units from attempting demining with their weapons.
