The Ministry of Economy has updated the catalog of industrial parks, an essential tool for finding locations with infrastructure, favorable conditions, and opportunities for business. This catalog will help enterprises find partners, establish their production facilities, and attract new investments.
What does the catalog offer? The catalog contains all the necessary information to choose the optimal location for business:
- Specialization of industrial parks — from machine engineering to light industry.
- Infrastructure — details about communications, transport links, and connections.
- Benefits and incentives — information on tax and investment incentives for residents.
- Location and area — detailed descriptions of each location with maps.
The government actively invests in creating modern industrial parks, helping businesses build the necessary infrastructure for launching production. This effort attracts investors, creates new jobs, and fosters economic growth through the state program "Made in Ukraine" to stimulate industrial park development.
Despite the armed aggression by Russia, Ukraine continues to develop industrial parks to meet the growing demand for modern production infrastructure. This demand comes from both Ukrainian enterprises and international investors.
Statistics confirm the effectiveness of industrial parks: 1 hectare of park space creates 50 new jobs, and every $1 of state investment attracts $6 of private investment.
"Despite all the challenges, Ukraine is creating favorable conditions for investors. A total of 100 industrial parks have been registered in various regions. Thirteen applicants have received funding into escrow accounts amounting to 925.05 million UAH. Participants in industrial parks can take advantage of benefits such as VAT exemptions on imported equipment, a 10-year corporate tax exemption for reinvested profits, and reduced land and property tax rates," emphasized the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko.
