The USAID project "Investments for Business Resilience" has signed four agreements with Ukrainian companies for co-investment totaling $6 million under a business growth support programme, according to the project's press service on Facebook.

"The goal of the programme was to support companies that could quickly scale exports, sales, and create new jobs," the programme emphasized.

Among the recipients are the Delta Food agro-industrial group (TM Gulyay-pole), which produces over 90% of mayonnaise products in the Ukrainian market. The company received $1 million for developing sauce production in glass containers, aimed at export to the Baltic countries and for domestic sales.

Uterm Ukraine LLC (located in Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region), a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of steel heating radiators, received $2 million for expanding production after relocation. The company is expected to create 250+ new jobs.

The Suziria Group, which specializes in pet products, also received $2 million to expand its manufacturing facilities. With the financial support of the project and a $4.5 million loan from Oschadbank, the company has ordered new equipment and is preparing to launch a plant for producing wet cat food.

Additionally, Karat LLC, a carpet manufacturer, received $1 million from the project and secured additional bank financing for raw material procurement. This allowed the company to retain 725 jobs, resume export activities, and return to pre-war production levels.

The USAID "Investments for Business Resilience" (IBR) project is a five-year programme implemented by DAI Global, which supports systemic changes in Ukraine's economy and increases the availability of financing for Ukrainian businesses.
