Zakarpattia region has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Cornwall County of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
This was announced by the Head of Zakarpattia Military Regional Administration, Myroslav Biletsky, on Facebook.
It is noted that this is the first such document in the history of partner relations between Zhytomyr region and regions of the United Kingdom.
"The document foresees the exchange of experience in the fields of green energy, ecology, and sustainable development, particularly in waste management, education, agriculture, military rehabilitation, and more," Biletsky emphasized.
