Russian forces attacked Odesa for most of the night, damaging civilian infrastructure and residential property, local authorities said on July 23.
According to Serhii Lysak, head of the Odesa Military Administration, the overnight strikes damaged infrastructure, an office building, shattered windows in private homes, and several vehicles.
Despite the damage, no casualties were reported.
Emergency services are working to assess the full extent of the destruction caused by the latest Russian attack on the city.
