Ukrainian Fashion Week (UFW), established in 1997, is excited to announce its official collaboration with FashionUnited for the upcoming Spring/Summer 2026 season, scheduled to take place in Kyiv from September 4 to 8, 2025.

FashionUnited, founded in 1998, is a leading independent global platform that connects the fashion community by providing trusted news and business intelligence to over one million users worldwide. Boasting a vast network of journalists and publishing more than 100,000 articles and job postings annually, FashionUnited serves as a crucial hub within the international fashion ecosystem.

This partnership continues FashionUnited’s ongoing support for the Ukrainian fashion industry. Since the onset of Russia’s full-scale invasion, FashionUnited has amplified Ukrainian designers’ voices through impactful editorial coverage. Their stories have ranged from exploring fashion as a form of cultural diplomacy and resistance, to celebrating UFW’s triumphant return to Kyiv, and recognizing it as one of Europe’s leading alternative fashion weeks outside the traditional “Big Four.”

Notable articles such as “Fashion as Cultural Diplomacy: Ukrainian Fashion Week FW25/26,” “Creativity as a Beacon of Hope,” and “Ukrainian Designers Showcase SS24 Collections as Resistance to War” have not only spotlighted the resilience of Ukrainian creatives but also helped bring their message to a global audience.

By formalizing their partnership for the SS26 season, Ukrainian Fashion Week and FashionUnited reaffirm their shared commitment to elevating Ukrainian creative voices during these challenging times. Despite the extraordinary hardships of wartime, this collaboration ensures that Ukrainian designers’ strength and innovation will continue to resonate on the international stage.
