The Russian forces are transferring air defense and electronic warfare systems from Crimea to the Kherson region. This is linked to several factors and panic among the military.

This was reported by the Telegram channel of the partisan movement ATESH.

According to ATESH agents, there is growing panic among Russian troops in the Kherson direction.

"After serious losses in the combat zone, the command is taking urgent measures to reinforce the defense — particularly by transferring equipment from Crimea," the message states.

According to partisan sources, radio-electronic warfare systems, including the Pole-21 system designed to disrupt communications and counter Ukrainian drones, artillery, and aviation, are actively being delivered to the region.

"In addition, there is an increase in the number of air defense systems, especially near strategic directions," the movement reports.

The partisans explain that this haste is caused not only by the loss of equipment but also by high mortality rates among Russian soldiers.

"Accurate coordinates, provided by partisans and local residents to Ukrainian forces, play a significant role in this," ATESH clarifies.
