Russian forces carried out nearly 30 strikes across five districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region, using drones, artillery, missiles, and guided aerial bombs, local officials reported.
The city of Dnipro suffered a heavy missile strike that caused significant destruction to civilian infrastructure, educational institutions, and cultural facilities.
One of the most severely damaged sites was a local college, where a missile strike caused extensive structural collapse. Inside the building, corridors were filled with debris, broken concrete, and damaged ceiling sections, making movement impossible in many areas. Stairwells were blocked by rubble, and in several parts of the building, floor slabs between levels collapsed entirely, leaving large open voids.

Windows were blown inward by the blast wave, while interior walls and ceilings sustained heavy structural damage. In some halls, decorative ceiling elements were cracked across large sections, and structural instability was visible throughout the building. A separate wing of the college suffered a full structural collapse, with large concrete slabs displaced and fallen inside the structure.
A 64-year-old man was injured in the attack and hospitalized in moderate condition.
In addition to the college, a missile strike also damaged the House of Organ and Chamber Music in Dnipro. The blast wave shattered windows and doors and damaged the facade of the concert hall. Inside, investigators reported visible holes in the walls and interior surfaces caused by elements of a cluster munition warhead.

A nearby school was also damaged in the strike, with windows blown out by the shockwave.
Industrial enterprises, transport infrastructure, and a cultural institution in the city were also affected. Emergency services continue to assess the full extent of the destruction and carry out recovery operations.
In the Nikopol district, strikes hit the district center as well as the Pokrovska and Chervonohryhorivska communities. Damage was reported to a clinic, a market, an educational institution, and a multi-storey residential building.
In the Synelnykove district, the Vasylkivska and Petropavlivska communities came under fire. Local authorities reported damage to an industrial enterprise, an educational facility, and both apartment blocks and private homes.
The attack also targeted the Zelenodolsk community in the Kryvyi Rih district, where an industrial facility was damaged and a 46-year-old man was injured. He is currently hospitalized in moderate condition.
In the Pavlohrad district, strikes hit the Troitska community, damaging private homes and vehicles.
