In the Odessa region, one tried to take the Stradivarius violin of 1742 abroad (photo)
At the Orlivka ferry crossing point, military personnel of the Izmail detachment, together with customs officers, found a violin, which is probably of cultural and historical value.

The 40-year-old driver of the Mercedes minibus transported the violin along with other things to Bulgaria, according to him, at the request of a friend. The musical instrument is marked Antonius Stradivarius Cremonensis Faciebat Anno 1742.
According to the features of the crime provided for in Art. 201 of the Criminal Codex of Ukraine "Contraband" border guards informed the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police. The violin was removed for examination.
