On February 23, a march and demonstration will take place in Amsterdam to honor the courage, strength, and resilience of Ukraine and its people over the past three years of Russia's full-scale invasion.
The event was announced on Facebook by the Ukrainian Embassy in the Netherlands.
From 12:00 to 14:00, a march will be held from Museumplein to Dam Square, followed by a demonstration from 14:00 to 17:00 at Dam Square.
"This event is an opportunity to show solidarity with Ukraine and amplify our calls for a just peace and accountability for all those affected by the war," the embassy emphasized.
The event is organized by the Ukrainians in the Netherlands Foundation/Oekraïners in Nederland and the initiative 'From Maidan to Dam.'
"Let’s send a powerful signal that the international community supports Ukraine. Join us with your voice, energy, and flags as we unite for truth, freedom, and the values we all hold dear. Together we are stronger. Together we will win," the embassy urged, noting that this is more than just a gathering—it is a collective call for justice, peace, and freedom.
