According to the summary, heavy fighting is ongoing for control over the ruined city of Maryinka and its adjacent areas. Russia has likely further reduced the small areas of territory controlled by Ukraine that remain within the city.
According to British intelligence, one of Russia's operational goals in this region will likely be to secure the highways T0510 and N15 for further advancement westward towards Kurakhove.
"Despite its incremental advances, a major, operationally significant Russian breakthrough in this sector remains highly unlikely," notes the Ministry of Defense of the United Kingdom.
