The DTF Magazine team has released its fifth printed issue dedicated to the Ukrainian electronic music scene.
The journal captures a decade of the Ukrainian electronic music scene's development, which began to flourish actively after the events of the Revolution of Dignity. It discusses its growth and adaptation during the pandemic and full-scale war.
Additionally, based on a survey, the DTF Magazine team compiled a list of "30 Ukrainian electronic albums of the decade," which they plan to promote to an English-speaking audience in an online format.
In the printed edition, they featured photographs from the construction of "Club on Kyrylivska," an interview with rave founder Slava Lepsheev of "Schemat," the history of Kyiv's rave culture as a phenomenon, a photo project on the romance of the dance floor by Yana Frants, and more.
The magazine is part of an anthology on Ukrainian culture by DTF Magazine, where each issue focuses on a specific phenomenon or trend. The magazine can be purchased at the following link.
