The Swedish company Ingka Group, which owns the IKEA home goods network, has sold its last asset in Russia—a warehouse in the Moscow region town of Yesipovo. This was reported by RBC, citing sources.

The warehouse was purchased by businessman Robert Uzilov, who already owns several similar facilities. A representative of Uzilov confirmed the purchase to RBC. Experts estimate the value of the warehouse at around 18 billion rubles, considering its equipment and favorable location.

Ingka Group opened the warehouse in 2003, and its area gradually expanded to 18 hectares. The center served all of the retailer's stores, and the company's CEO once referred to it as "key to IKEA's development in Russia."

In response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022, IKEA suspended operations in Russia, and in 2023, it sold all its major assets, including factories, the Mega shopping malls, and its headquarters in the Khimki Business Park.
