In Odessa, due to a hostile drone attack in a densely populated area of the city, a large number of buildings are without water, heating, and electricity.
Mayor Hennadii Trukhanov reported this on Telegram.
"As a result of a massive Russian strike on a densely populated area of the city, a large number of buildings are without electricity, water, and heating. Hospitals, polyclinics, and social infrastructure facilities have also been left without heat," the statement reads.
An emergency response headquarters is being deployed at the scene.
The city authorities are assessing the aftermath of the attack.
There are currently no reports of casualties.

At least 160,000 Odessa residents remain without heating and electricity following a Russian drone attack.
President Volodymyr Zelensky reported this.
"Rescue operations are currently underway in Odessa after another Russian strike on the energy infrastructure. These are civilian energy facilities that the Russian army has been relentlessly targeting with missiles and strike drones for nearly three years," the President emphasized.
