Mobilization in Russia will continue until the end of the war in Ukraine. Even despite the fact that the Russian Federation officially suspends conscription, it will be carried out covertly.

Military expert Oleg Zhdanov made this forecast.

"Moscow and St. Petersburg are two cities that shape the social mood. This is Putin's nuclear electorate. Probably his rating began to decline, so they are forced to stop the mobilization in these cities. But in other cities, the demand for mobilized will be increased."

"Putin is lying. Mobilization will continue until the end of the war. Until the last day they will mobilize. Why? Because otherwise, they will not have time to replenish the losses. And the lack of personnel can provoke a collapse of the front in any of the sectors and become a fatal event in this war. Therefore, there will be mobilization,” he said.

The expert suggested that now the Russian Federation will slow down the pace of mobilization a little and explained why:

"They do not have time to sort and distribute the mobilized of the first wave, and on November 1 they still have to carry out a call for conscripts. For the Russian Federation's mobilization system not to collapse, they will be forced to suspend it and conduct a call. Later Russia will return to the method of covert mobilization, as it was before September 21st. They cannot but mobilize, otherwise, the front line will be exposed."
