During the night, in the Kherson region, the Russian military dropped 16 guided aerial bombs, as reported by Natalia Humeniuk, the head of the unified press center of the Operational Command "South" during a television marathon.
"The main pressure from the enemy continues to come from the air. This is the use of tactical aviation once again. Bombing on the right bank of the Dnieper River has not stopped. Settlements located directly near the waterway are suffering from the dropping of guided aerial bombs. During the night, the enemy used 16 more. In total, for the combat day, we have already counted 27 guided aerial bombs dropped on populated areas in the Kherson region," stated Humeniuk.
According to her, the Russian army is continuing to exert pressure from the air because they "do not have a significant advantage in ground combat and are trying to halt the Defense Forces in this way."
"These are means of terror that the enemy is using along the entire front line," emphasized the spokesperson for the Operational Command "South."
