According to the order, the department should organize a patriotic documentary festival. Proposals on this matter must be prepared by February 1, 2023.
It is noted that the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation should assist Russian documentary filmmakers in preparing cinematographic material about the participants in the "special operation" who "showed courage, courage, and heroism."
The Ministries of Culture and Education of Russia must, by April 1, 2023, create âpublic spaces, art objects, and school museumsâ about the participants in the âspecial operationâ and conduct lessons on this topic in schools.
