On December 21, the Russian army dropped two air bombs on Toretsk in the Donetsk region. Three people died, and five others were injured.
The Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office reported, "At 12:00, the Russian army carried out two air strikes on Toretsk. The type of munitions used by the aggressors is currently being determined."
It is noted that the Russians targeted civilian infrastructure. Three men aged 41, 42, and 45 died from the received injuries. Five employees from two enterprises sustained injuries of varying severity.
An investigation has been initiated: The injured individuals, aged 33 to 54, have been taken to the hospital for qualified medical assistance.
Prosecutors are taking all possible and necessary measures to document Russia's war crimes against the civilian population of the Donetsk region.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the criminal proceedings regarding violations of the laws and customs of war.
