As a result of the Russian shelling of Kharkiv, a residential building has been destroyed, and people are trapped under the debris.
This information is reported by the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, on Telegram, and the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov.
According to Terekhov, the morning shelling resulted in the complete destruction of the entrance of a multi-apartment building. It is also reported that there is a lack of electricity and partial water supply in one of the most affected parts of the Kyiv district in the city.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration stated that the Russians targeted a residential multi-story building in the Kyiv district of Kharkiv.
"The entrances are destroyed. People are trapped under the debris. Rescuers and other emergency services are working at the scene," he declared.
It is worth noting that Russian forces shelled Kharkiv tonight, targeting residential and civilian areas. Subsequently, a series of explosions occurred in the city in the morning.
"The number of wounded in Kharkiv has increased to 42 individuals. Among them are 3 children, and their condition is of moderate severity," reported Oleg Synegubov.
