Total chaos and drunkenness are Russia's main characteristics of "partial" mobilization. This testifies to the quality of the recruits. At the same time, the population in some cities is shocked by the number of losses in the war against Ukraine.

Information about why the mobilization in the Russian Federation can be considered a failure was shared by Aleksey Arestovich in a conversation with Russian opposition leader Mark Feygin. The latter asked an adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine to talk about the occupiers-recruits and the draft campaign in general.

“The first thing that strikes me is the horrendous amount of mess in this whole story. For deep Russia, on the territory of Russia, the war began the day before yesterday, when mobilization was announced. Before that, there were some events on TV. We have a bunch of videos with heavy drinkers, demotivated, loose-mouthed people who don't want this mobilization," Arestovich said.

Then he shared information about how the population of the cities where large units of the RF Armed Forces are based is in shock from the losses in Ukraine. As an example, an adviser to the OPU cited Naro-Fominsk. This is a small settlement where 1 tank army is located.

In many parts of the city, two trains have already changed. People are aware of the situation, as there are many contract servicemen among the locals. And they understand the future prospects in case of mobilization. At the same time, the first composition consisted of professional regular soldiers, the second was a "mixture". And the third, mobilized, is waiting for a much sadder fate."

"There is also the Caucasus - it has its own specifics. The fact is that people who are mobilized in Dagestan and other republics - they do not go to the National Guard. For a special ration, for a special position, for a special application. They complete the 18th, 19th -th motorized rifle brigades that are stationed in Chechnya, Dagestan, and so on. And they also have losses, dear mother. And given that in the Caucasus they are buried by the entire settlement, everyone there is well aware of what this Putin's adventure costs, and that the losses are colossal ", - added Arestovich.

According to the adviser to the OPU, on the third day, the mobilization cannot be called a controlled process - at least in terms of the population's reaction. Putin even admitted that people react emotionally to massive prizes in the army. And fights and drinking just confirm this. On the third day, mobilization resembles a "growing fire."
