The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine targeted the Saki airfield in the occupied Crimea, hitting another enemy command post.
This information was reported by the commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykola Oleshchuk, on Telegram.
Oleshchuk noted that the Defense Forces struck at the command post at the Saki airfield, located near the town of Novofedorivka in western Crimea.
"Aerodrome Saki! "All targets are hit!" Unfortunately, our Air Force has lost yet another command post in Crimea," wrote Oleshchuk.
Presumably, the successful operation was carried out thanks to the work of Ukrainian pilots. The Commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine thanked them for their efforts.
It is known that the Saki airfield is home to the 43rd Fighter Aviation Regiment of the Russian Aerospace Forces, which supports Russian troops in southern Ukraine. The occupiers' group is armed with Su-24 bombers and Su-30 fighters.
