President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky spoke about attempts to deliver humanitarian aid to the residents of besieged Mariupol, which was disrupted by shelling and deliberate terror by the Russian occupiers.
He stated this in his address to Ukrainians late on Tuesday, March 22.
According to the president, at the moment in the city of Mariupol, about 100 thousand people are "in inhumane conditions, in a complete blockade, without food, without water, without medicine, under constant shelling, under constant bombing."

The head of state said that on Tuesday, March 22, another unsuccessful attempt was made to send a humanitarian column to Mariupol via the agreed corridor. The occupiers seized vehicles and captured drivers and employees of the SES.
