The Ministry of Digital Transformation has announced the launch of a new platform for the tech business, aimed at uniting Ukrainian and global IT companies — CodeUA.
This was reported by the head of the department, Mykhailo Fedorov.
It is stated that on CodeUA, large foreign businesses will search for partners among Ukrainian IT professionals. Here’s how it works: the client selects the necessary categories, and the platform suggests performers. In the future, an AI assistant is planned to be added to find even more suitable options.
“For Ukrainian companies, CodeUA is an opportunity to find new partnerships, attract investments, or conclude profitable contracts. As a result, this will impact the export economic indicators of the industry and the growth of the IT sector’s share in the country’s GDP,” writes Fedorov.
The site already has a number of registered companies, which can be read about. There is also a section with news on technologies and investments. It is mentioned that the project was created through the efforts of the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Lviv IT Cluster, with support from the USAID Programme.
