This was stated in an interview with Russian human rights activist Mark Feygin by Advisor to the Office of President Aleksey Arestovich.

Perhaps they will try to move in the Zaporizhzhia direction. And to defend Lugansk. A counterattack is possible in the Kharkiv direction. But I don’t see any more there are no special prospects because there are no weapons and equipment, and there is no junior staff that will allow the creation and deployment of new brigades," said Aleksey Arestovich.
He also added that in general, mobilization in the Russian Federation is a demonstration and an attempt to exert pressure.
