Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the lifting of restrictions on the employment of minors. This directive is outlined in the list of instructions following the "Strong Ideas for a New Era" forum, published on the Kremlin's website, as reported by The Insider.
The document discusses the implementation of "employment and stimulation of employment (including temporary work) for citizens aged 14 to 24 who are studying full-time in educational programs for general secondary education, vocational education, and higher education, including providing benefits to employers when hiring such citizens and simplifying the hiring process for citizens under 18."
For this purpose, the consent of one of the parents will be sufficient, and a mandatory medical examination can be replaced with a health certificate. The bill was introduced for discussion in the fall of 2022.
