On the night of October 26 (from 8:00 PM on October 25), the Russian forces launched an attack with 101 strike drones, including Shahed, Gerbera, and other types of UAVs, from the directions of Kursk, Oryol, Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk – Russia, and Hvardiiske – occupied Crimea, with about 60 of them being Shaheds.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, surface-to-air missile units, electronic warfare and UAV units, as well as mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 9:00 AM, air defense systems had shot down or suppressed 90 drones, including Shahed, Gerbera, and other types, in the north, south, and east of the country.
5 strike drones hit four locations, and debris from downed drones fell in five other locations.
