On January 8, Russians struck Zaporizhzhia's industrial infrastructure with a GAB bomb.

Initially, three people were reported injured and one victim was confirmed due to the Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia. Later, the number of injured increased. Initially, the number of injuries grew to six after the Russian strike on Zaporizhzhia.

"One person has died," Fedorov said.

 

The head of the OMA noted that the Russian attack was ongoing.

"They have been taken to regional hospitals. Seven medical teams, police, and emergency workers are at the site of the strike," Fedorov noted.

 

 

"As a result of this cynical crime, there are already reports of deaths and injuries. Attacking the civilian population is a war crime, and those responsible must be held accountable in international courts!" he reminded.

Lubinets called on the international community not just to condemn these acts of aggression, but to act decisively—imposing new sanctions, providing Ukraine with more defense tools, and supporting all efforts to bring Russia to justice.
