The situation on the line of contact is stably tense. The enemy strengthens the frontiers of defense, draws up reserves, and tries to protect the water supply from the Kherson region to Crimea. Protective reinforced concrete structures have been erected around the North Crimean Canal, and the number of checkpoints has been increased on access roads and near bridges.
Continuing the artillery and mortar shelling of Ukrainian positions, the enemy is firing on the settlements. One civilian was killed by shelling of the Galician community in the Mykolaiv area.
The occupiers also shelled the Bashtansky district, namely the Shirokivska, Ingulska, and Bereznehuvatska communities. It mainly hit agricultural fields outside the settlements, but one Hurricane jet also hit the suburbs of Mykolaiv. Information on casualties and injuries is being clarified.
In the Kherson region, in particular on the administrative border with neighboring regions and in the Beryslav district, hostilities are quite intense; many houses and buildings are damaged, civilians are wounded, and cattle were killed. In the region there is a problem with medicines, baby food and other humanitarian goods, the delivery of which from the territory controlled by Ukraine is blocked, and from the Crimea by the occupiers is not carried out.
Instead, the activity of the occupiers was recorded, who provided logistics to their units from the Crimea and vice versa by military transport aircraft.
The naval group of enemy forces continues to block navigation without changing the composition and tasks and keeps the territory of Ukraine under threat of missile strikes.
An enemy mine torn from its anchor was again brought to the coast of the OdesÑa region. It was found in the sea 20 m from the shore. The mine detonated just in the water, probably from a collision with another object.
