A working meeting of representatives of the Office of the International Commission on Missing Persons - ICMP and the International Committee of the Red Cross was held.
They discussed cooperation in returning the bodies of servicemen from the occupied territories of Ukraine.
Representatives of the Commissioner's office noted that all obligations to the families of the fallen defenders are currently being fulfilled, but the support of the international organization is needed for more effective work.
Representatives of the Red Cross assured that they are ready to cooperate and help Ukraine in this sensitive issue within the limits of their competence.
It will be recalled that with the assistance of the Commissioner for International Commission on Missing Persons, Oleg Kotenko, the transfer and repatriation of 566 bodies of soldiers who gave their lives for Ukraine was ensured.
