The myth of the "invincibility" of the Russian army is destroyed
The "second in the world" army of the Russian Federation turned out to be not so invincible. Ukrainian soldiers are beating the enemy on all fronts, and Putin's "blitzkrieg" to conquer Ukraine in two days has completely failed - and now the invaders are reaping the fruits of their own baseless self-confidence.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Valerii Zaluzhnyi, wrote about this on his Facebook page.
"We destroyed the myth of the" invincibility "of the Russian army. They expected to conquer us in 48 hours. The reserves of food, fuel, ammunition were calculated for a maximum of 3 days. But we stopped them and thwarted their aggressive plans. The enemy suffers serious losses in personnel and equipment", - stated Valerii Zaluzhnyi.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted: over the 8 years of the war in the Donbas, the Ukrainian army has grown stronger, gained vast experience in combat operations, formed a powerful material base and, most importantly, has a great motivation to fight against the enemy and defeat him. While Putin's publicized army at best resembles the Ukrainian army of the early 2014 model. When the Armed Forces of Ukraine were practically destroyed by corruption, lack of proper funding and Russian agents in the highest command circles.
To prove his words, Zaluzhnyi cited a demonstrative story with the lies of the invaders about the Bayraktar shot down in the Kharkiv region.
"Today at 9:32 am, near the village of Veseloye, Kharkiv region, an air defense unit of the 6th Army of the Russian Armed Forces with the TOR air defense system at an altitude of 3200m shot down a Russian UAV, which was moving forward for reconnaissance in the Kharkov direction. At the same time, the Russian air defense servicemen reported to the leadership about the destruction of the Bayraktar UAV of our Armed Forces. The results of the investigation into the reasons for the disappearance of the UAV of the RF Armed Forces proved the fact that its own air defense system shot it down, but the army command decided to hide this information. This is how the "second most powerful army in the world" fights, General Zaluzhnyi summed up.
Putin's invaders are demoralized and are trying to desert or surrender to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
At the same time, the captured Russians say that the Kremlin revived the Stalinist traditions of detachments that shoot those occupiers who refuse to move forward. In the Kyiv region, these functions are assigned to the Kadyrovites.
