"In the hospital, another person has passed away," said Oleg Sinegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration. "Now, 52 people have died as a result of this missile strike. This is because one person died in a medical facility," he noted.
According to Sinegubov, the wounded individuals currently in the hospital have "quite serious injuries" and are in critical condition. He reminded that the debris has already been cleared, and all bodies have been recovered. However, the process of identification is still ongoing.
"We will also effectively sift through the remains of the rubble because, according to our information, there could still be people there. Since the 'Iskander' hit the building directly, and the explosive wave was quite serious, we must ensure that all bodies and remains are found," said the head of the Regional Military Administration.
