The legal operation of organizations assisting the LGBT community will become impossible since challenging the court's decision is no longer an option. Some experts believe that this poses a threat to ordinary LGBT individuals.
Currently, imprisonment or the death penalty is a threat to the LGBT community in countries such as Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Mauritania, Uganda, Nigeria, and dozens of other countries in Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East.
