On Saturday, July 13, the first diving sessions for veterans were held at the inclusive beach in Odessa.

This was reported by Veterans HUB ODESA.

Despite its millennia-long existence, freediving, which involves prolonged underwater diving with breath-holding, has only recently gained widespread recognition and popularity.

Experienced trainer Denis Kalyuka conducted the initial sessions for members of the Veterans HUB ODESA.

The veteran men learned techniques to extend their breath-holding capabilities as they made their first trial dives in the beach's waters.
