In the second half of November, the interest of Russians to the request "how to surrender" increased manifold. Verstka noticed that from November 28 to December 4, such a phrase was used in the Yandex search more than 66 thousand times. This is a weekly record figure for six months.

An increase in interest in this topic has been observed since mid-November. In the previous five months, the Russians, on average, drove in this request 10,000 times a week. The last peak of activity about surrendering in Yandex was observed in April-May; at the same time, a weekly record was set for the number of such requests - almost 130,000.

The increase in requests in November coincides with the arrival of large groups of mobilized to the front and reports of significant losses among them. At the same time, video messages from the military and their relatives began to appear, who complained that unprepared mobilized “like meat” were thrown into the first line. And in the Ukrainian media posted videos with captured Russian mobilized.

An increase in the number of surrendering prisoners can be indicated by the sharply increased exchanges of prisoners between Moscow and Kyiv. Previously, exchanges occurred much less frequently.
