The servicemen of the Russian Federation receive unusable and written-off rubbish as equipment at the expense of which they are replenishing the most affected units in the war against Ukraine.
On March 12, Russian railways delivered a cargo of 5,006 bulletproof vests to the recruits. Upon arrival, the body of the body armor was found to be almost completely rotten and the metal body armor rusted.
The bulletproof vests were removed from "long-term storage", where they lay for years in conditions of high humidity. Currently, this "protection" is not physically able to really protect anyone.
