The English-language version of the documentary "Krynky," filmed by Ukrainian photojournalists Kostyantyn and Vlada Liberov in the village of Krynky on the left bank of the Kherson region, which has been reduced to a mere dot on the map due to the conflict, is now available to an international audience.
The film, featuring English subtitles, has been released on Ukrinform's new YouTube channel. It presents unique footage from the front lines in the Southern direction, capturing a month in the life on the far side of the Dnipro River, where time stretches painfully and where the village of Krynky endured up to 70 airstrikes a day.
The documentary showcases real testimonies from soldiers who managed to survive the hellish conditions. It is a story not only of the heroism of those who found themselves in unbearable situations but also of an indescribable will to live.
